Please kindly request a full refund or exchange within 14 days to receive a full refund.
- Should you receive damaged product due to shipping and/or you are not satisfied with the product and your order was 4 items or less, please follow these steps:

bathbombbarista@gmail.com that you have damaged product you and would like a refund or an exchange.
2. Please
include in the e-mail a picture of the damaged box and product.
3. We will refund your purchase within 5 business days or less and or send new product to you if that is your choice.
4. In all cases we will communicate our action and when we took that action.
